Compare evidence, not just the count

Use district comparisons for population and census indicators, Capital Access for estimated journeys, and the full map to inspect district membership.

More provinces do not automatically mean better services, lower costs or greater equality. The site does not model fiscal feasibility, staffing, legal implementation or political agreement.

Reading the maps

The data covers 136 district records in the 2023 census snapshot. Some outlines represent shared or approximate matches; consult the boundary audit. Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir remain outside this census comparison. Map outlines are not a legal statement of sovereignty or verified current boundaries.
